[ale] HOW2 move a module from boxes not networked ?

I need to move a network card driver from one box to another since without
it I have no networking with target machine.

Can I do this with a floppy ?

If yes, since it's a module [de4x5] how do I properly copy all that's needed
and properly install it on the other machine, please ?
