[ale] Printer queue stuck

All,

I'm running kde with OpenSuse 10.3, and everything I print is getting
added to the print queue, but nothing is coming out of the printer.

My printer is a network printer.  I have a vmware XP install on the
same machine and I can print from it to the same network printer with
no problem.

Any idea how to refresh the queue.  (this is just a dektop machine, so
rebooting is not a problem if it would be helpful.)
