I've been playing with docker recently. The main site was quite useful 
actually. and yeah, at its core, its just Linux Containers (LXC). Pretty 
darned straight forward to use now that they have the new filesystem 
driver built in so you don't have to recompile your kernel.  I found 
everything i need at www.docker.io
