+1 generally to everything you've said here.

The only thing I ever take issue with is the overly dramatic language.
But then again, that is a matter of (mostly) personal preference.

And I for one appreciate that you don't remove people from the list, or
surely I would have been subject to that at least (maybe at most?)
once.  ;-)
