You don't know the half of it. I worked for a company that built
nuclear power generators back in the '70s. At that time the NRC had
rules that said what you design is what you build and it took 12-13
years from design freeze to delivery. Guess what the computer systems
that controlled the reactors looked like by then? My watch is more
powerful. It's scary.
