I'm running an Asus Seashell with 1gb of ram. Works very well.
I turned of the Maximizer deamon that would be useful on a lesser machinem 
keeping you to one instance of a program and having it full screen is 
more useful on more basic netbooks. Other than that, I like it out of the 
box for what I need/use a netbook for.
