The best option I have found is to enable Remote Desktop. The client is built
into windows XP and latter and the server is part of the XP Pro or + install.
Unfortunatly XP Home doesn't have the Server as something that can be enabled.
In this case I use VNC.
There are clients for Linus for both as well.
