I would be fully happy with that, as long as it also included all
lawyers (not just tax attorneys), lobbyist, and political "consultants".
Additionally I think that SEC (SOX, etc) oversight should apply to all
governmental entities.   Why should your small business have more
stringent guidelines and oversight than your local government?  You are
paying for both.
