[ale] firefox can't search by 'service tag' on dell accessories page

 To my knowledge this has always been the case. I believe they require the use of IE on the Dell site for this reason.

  When I type in the service tag, nothing happened after pressing ENTER or clicking on 'Search'. This is for Firefox. Works just fine using IE. not sure whether this has always been the case. anyone?
