[ale] firefox can't search by 'service tag' on dell accessories page

Subject: [ale] firefox can't search by 'service tag' on dell accessories page

When I type in the service tag,  nothing happened after pressing ENTER or
clicking on 'Search'. This is for Firefox.  Works just fine using IE.  not
sure whether this has always been the case. anyone?
