Help! My mother's XP machine (3000 miles away) has been infected by
iWorm/Bagle.AZ and I'm having difficulty helping her remove it. Symantec's
removal tool doesn't list support for a ".AZ" variant, and doesn't seem to
be finding it. AVG free edition will find it, but can't clean it. This seems
to be new and going around quite a bit. Has anyone else seen this and had
any success removing it? Any tips?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
