[ale] mail size limits

I didn't think that there were compiled in mail spool limits in
Sendmail, but I'm getting errors claiming the inbox is full. Sure it's
50M, but the partition has another 20G of space! Quota is NOT on. 
Procmail is the local delivery agent. It has no info about a spool size
limit. Not much success yet with the Sendmail "bat" book. Is there a
flag I can send to change a limit?
