[ale] Munich disinfects public computer systems

According to Linux World, the German city of Munich reached a final
decision on their long debated public health initiative. The country's
third largest city will soon purge all viral M$ infections from their network
of 14,000+ public administration systems and then inoculate all of them
with Linux:

"It's final. After several months of intensive research and debate, the Munich 
city government has decided to migrate its entire computer network to the 
open source Linux operating system, dropping Microsoft Corp.'s Windows system 
in the process."
