[ale] POST in netscape

I've got a web form that seems to not work under netwscape.  I am allowing
the user to enter information in a textarea that could be up to 2K of data
in that text area.  In IE 6, the submit goes fine.  In netscape, it seems that
the server processe data received but netscape never accepts a response
back from the server.  Netscape (Mozilla) will timeout.  I'm using Mozilla
under RH9.  Is there a problem in the form?
