Call / email Sisna and ask them what the deal is. FYI, Sisna's an
ISP-outsourcing firm, primarily. When you call your ISP's tech support,
unless you have a quality ISP they've probably outsourced it to someone like
Sisna. They're also the firm which did much of the networking for the
Olympics, is doing the McDonald's wireless, etc. In other words, they're not 
primarily a domain registrar, so they're not likely to raise rates 
arbitrarily....
