[ale] [OT] NNTP help?

Hey guys, I'm trying to post a circuit design to sci.electronics but I 
can't seem to find a NNTP news server that will allow posting anywhere! 
 I'm obviously doing something terribly wrong.  I'm using Mozilla 
1.2beta.  I use ATT Broadband Cable as my home ISP provider.  Does 
anyone know of any magic that I need to perform in order to post to a 
newsgroup?  I can "subscribe" to groups and get messages (from 
netnews.attbi.com), but I'm not able to send messages...

Anyone?

Also, I'm actually following through with a circuit that someone on here 
(I think it was Jeff?!?) offered to help design.  I've gotten a HUGE 
number of requests for this circuit (>200) and I'm ready to design it 
and take it into production.  If you're still interested in helping with 
the circuit, I PROMISE that I can fax you the design; please get in touch!
