[ale] Partition Editing (open source)

For years, I've used Partition Magic to do my partition editing.  I 
won't boor you with the reasons, but I need another solution to this.  I 
know there are various open-source solutions to this.  The question is, 
are there any open-source partition editors  that you'd trust with a 
Windows 2000 partition and Linux ext2?  If so, what?
