[ale] ext3

Hi there,

This might be a dumb question but is there a way to get ext3 running on
2.4.x kernel? I have the patch for 2.2.19 and it works great xcept it
crashes now and then, like once a week... It always boots right up and the
journaling filesystem is so nice but really I can't have it crashing of
course :) 

I looked around on the 2.4.x kernel and see nowhere I can compile in
support for ext3. Am I missing somehting?
