[ale] editor with auto-ftp?

Wow, I'll have to remember that if I ever get into an emacs/vi flamewar.  

I was going to suggest a feature in gftp where you can select a file on the
host and right-click and choose "Edit...".  It will call up whatever editor
you specify in gftp's config file.
