[ale] Moving httpd to different port (was AT&T Broadband blockinginbound http?)

Hi,

I changed the Listen statement to "Listen 81" in my httpd.conf and
restarted the linux box, but I still can't get any web traffic through.
Is there anywhere else I should check?

I've tried "xx.xx.xx.xx:81" to access the web content, but that's doesn't
quite work.  I've seen others do it, but I am not sure what else needs to
be set up.
