(no subject)

I'm having a small routing problem behind my IP masq server using VMWARE.


When I : Ping 209.186.14.121 I get the following messages
>From 192.168.1.254: Redirect Host(New Nexthop: 209.44.70.129)
64 bytes for 209.186.14.121

I can ping under the NT fine.  I just can not ping under Linux which is the
guest
OS running under VMware.  I can not ping on the other linux box as well. Has
anyone seen this issue?
