Ok,
The modem is working happily. A note though YOU SHOULD READ
if you are planning on using cardmgr and pcmcia. I had a mouse
on com2. Cardmgr lookd at that, saw 1 device and thought it
was on com1 for some reason. I moved my mouse to com1, rebooted
and everything is happy.
