[ale] I'm stumped with tcsh

Hi

I'm stumped.  Wondering if anyone else has an idea.

csh works on my Red Hat 4.0 machine but not tcsh.  It doesn't see
my .cshrc or .tcshrc or .login files and history won't work.  When 
I chsh back to csh everything works fine.  I've uninstalled and
reinstalled bin/tcsh to no avail.

Strange thing is it works on my other Red Hat 4 machine......

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
