Multi-Link PPP, if using a Motorola BitSurfer, is implimented by
programmingng
the terminal adapter to dial out at 56K (%A4=1) using MPPP (%A2=95) and
dialliing
the number twice via "atdxxx-xxxx&xxx-xxxx".
You connect rate will be up to 112K. 115200, 128000, or 230400 are not
possiblee
with MPPP.
