Allied Telesis contact

Any chance thereâ??s someone on NANOG from Allied Telesis or someone who knows someone?

Been trying to upgrade the firmware on a couple of their switches for quite a while now and without fail, the images available from their support web site fail a CRC check. Hoping to contact someone who can help sort it out.
