Google Fiber v6 PD only giving /64

Subject: Google Fiber v6 PD only giving /64

Anybody here from Google Fiber?  When I first got it last year, my IPv6
setup got a /56 prefix delegated.  I now see that no matter what size I
request, I only get a /64.  Is this intentional?
