As the flagship conference of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in 
Region 8 of IEEE (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), ICECS 2017, the 24th 
International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems will be 
held in Batumi, Georgia on December 5-8, 2017.

ICECS 2017 Proceedings, containing presented papers at the Conference, 
will be submitted for indexing to IEEE Xplore? Digital Library, SCOPUS, 
Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of Thomson Reuters and 
Google Scholar databases. Authors of selected among best rated and 
presented papers will be invited to publish their papers in special 
issues of international journals.
