Cogent / Cloudflare / AS13335

Any known issues here?  Multiple websites on cloudflare IPs in that AS are
currently unreachable (connection timeout) through metrocast cable in NH.
Traceroutes always end up the same, going through 38.104.44.10.  Three
example traceroutes here: http://pastebin.com/tBQbsj4w

Emailed cloudflare support and used cogents contact form a few hours ago,
no response yet.  The sites respond correctly when reached through
alternate routes like telia.
