Level 3 issues in Chicago

A network that we manage is having trouble getting to several sites. The common point of failure appears to be Level 3 in Chicago. Connections work fine from our direct upstream, so it appears that Level 3 is not allowing traffic sourced from the net block in question. Can someone from Level 3 ping me off list?
