That's a no.
Not quite sure what you would see in these statistics given the weather conditions around the US.
Might be more useful looking at a direct route from a specific point to destination where it might seem like things are awry. Looking glasses would be of more help to determine that.
Though I can say mobile YouTube traffic has been quirky lately.
