roadrunner takes a really long excursion

TWT spun off from TW in 1998 or 9 if I remember. TWC ala RoadRunner is a build out of what was left of TW's residential footprint and services. RoadRunner also supports portions of old TWC plant that was sold off to Brighthouse Communications.
