Google Public DNS having issues.

...seems to be having trouble as reported by Systems Watch:

Indeed, it's inaccessible to me from Minneapolis, Tampa, SJC, and
Seattle...both 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
I know it's anycast, so I'm not sure which DCs are affected...
