Folks - changes to USTiming.ORG NIST Time Servers access names...

    So I wanted to bring up we are making some changes in the NIST Server
    addresses and creating two pools
    they are:
    east-pool.ustiming.org
    west-pool.ustiming.org
    Also there is a new VLAN which can provide you your own /24 of access
    space for the NIST infrastructure anywhere in the NY/NJ corridor. If your
    in 60 Hudson, 100 William, NJ2, NY4, or our anchor spots with NYI at 100
    William or 999 Frontier we can wire you for time...

    Anyway - for internet access please feel free to use the two pools. The
    East Pool is all of the external NIST UTC ITS systems we operate there
    under USTiming.ORG banners.
