Internet Issues in Europe Tonight?

Telia has a "major outage in Frankfurt", but they are claiming, that
they have build a temporary solution.  I didn't get any more specific
from the customer care...

My traffic dropped from 1.2gbit/s to 0.2 gbit/s, then I shutdown the
link to telia.
