Haiti - Bahama Fiber optic

Hello Marshall

This cable belonged to TELECO the incumbent state owned company. A new
company named NATCOM had taken over TELECO, it has been heard that the
landing station has been restored and the cable has been tested but I can't
confirm. I'll try to get more information.
