Ebgp multi-hop is a great idea.
Have others seen this done for non-bandwidth customers? ...a 'bgp-only' service...?...
...catalog that right along with v6 and multicast tunnels...

Perhaps ebgp-multihop with this ISP's upstream provider might offer you
an advantage combined with this approach.
