[NANOG] Hibernia Atlantic Outage

I'm hearing reports of a Hibernia outage on one of their fiber paths,
with downtime approaching a week.

Does anybody know what's going on there, and when they expect to have
service restored?  Which provider(s) are impacted?

Was their diverse path impacted as well (as with prior Hibernia
outages), or just this path?
