Notice that contrary to the FBI report, which was issued when Mueller 
was in charge of the FBI and busy covering up FBI malfeasance on the 
hijackers, the Dancing Israelis are not dancing, not high fiving, and 
their demeanor seems appropriate to the occasion.

The Mueller/FBI report leads the reader to believe that these selfies 
showed the Israelis dancing and high fiving to celebrate the fall of the 
towers.
