A simple kick off for anyone otherwise intimidated by the sheer
quantity of jurisdictions and laws, a great place to start is to
write a submission, which could be "Amicus Curiae" (friend of the
court), just in your own name, or "in association with" a group of
others if you are intimidated by the sense of standing alone.
Speak (write) firstly from your heart, on the fundamentals as you see
them.
Then re-read what you've written, about 3 days or so later.
Compare your submission to the work of others.
Upload it to a git account or to a wiki somewhere and paste a link in
here ... then be prepared for constructive criticism and to improve
upon your work.
Good luck ;)
