WINCHESTER, Va. (WHSV) â?? A man was arrested in Winchester on Friday
for walking along roads dressed as "The Joker"


This guy should take this all the way to Supreme Court and
get these shit laws canceled. Hopefully hearings will
be held with all parties wearing relavant attire...
