conclusion to this relatively short history recap (if you can call it
such), is nothing short of "surprisingly astonishing" (to riff on
Mercedes marketing clichés such as â??surprisingly quickâ?? [for a 2.5
tonne car, aka plant food- and soot- generating machine].
