Civil Alert, WWVB, physical telco, satellite, so many other legacy / backup
systems... all still very vulnerable and phun to explore.
Wardialing for win. Buy samples off ebay. Phreak em with SDR. Etc.
Well known... not the first, nor last, instance of sirens going off.
Buy stock in new siren makers, because now a whole lot of
FedSig etc junk is about to hit ebay.
