CIA: Russia "is trying to evade this problem with the help of humor."

This is a very, very serious allegation by the CIA - Russia is
attempting to use humour to pass off their responsibility for the CIAs
hacks attributed to Russians.

No seriously, the CIA is asserting the Russia using humour (on April
fools day no less) to laugh about the CIA's "Russian hacking
accusations", is wrong, and that "People in the United States, of
course, will not laugh."

  The CIA ... keeping a straight face at all times!
