actual consensus hard fork -
 early days of bitcoin you get a badtx/freminehack it was possible and
tractable to manage a coordinated, voluntary consensus move to
specific re-wind, specific revision, and resume.

it took exceptional circumstances - and as per thread above and long
discussions else where, there is nothing nearly so dire facing BTC's
present or near future. beyond that, who can say with confidence?
including those proposing unprecedented actions against consensus?


if i was back in FR for the fourth, i'd have some of this tenderized
horse corpse for meal.
