the incidence of civilian casualties during drone strikes implies that
they're intentionally focused on larger degree social congregations
rather than laser specific solitary strikes.

presumably this ensures that not just a target, but target
collaborators are also consumed in a strike.

... except when the strikes are mis-targeted, and the amplified social
circle pulls in women and children.


yet still no blacklash?  why do drone strikes continue?  what the fuck?
