I'm looking to build or buy a 2U system to replace one that is 11 yrs old. 

System is doing database slaving, backups, email forwarding, etc. 

Looking for: 

Reasonably fast 
16G RAM 
2x SATA drives to place in RAID1 via dmraid. 
Serial port for serial console would be nice. 

Any leads on where I could source this locally at reasonable price or has anyone built something recently and can share a parts list?
