Changes and claims:
* 2x-4x faster than the 3B+ model.
* power connector to USB-c.
* video out to micro-HDMI. 4K at 60 with HEVC decoding in HW.
* real GigE.
* 2 USB3 ports and 2 USB2 ports.
* Still shared bandwidth, but it is 4Gbps of bandwidth now.
