18.04 LTS is the last 32-bit release.
19.10 will not have any 32-bit support. Zero.
No 32-bit upgrade from prior releases.

BTW, they really dropped i686 support for non-Intel/AMD systems, since
many of the specialty CPUs didn't include all the instructions that i686
Intel CPUs did, but were still used by the Ubuntu kernels.
Anyone interested in a PentiumM laptop?
