[ale] printer recommendation needed

If you don't need color and mostly just want reliability and ease of setup
for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows, I recommend this:

HP P2035n

... plugged into a LAN via cat 6 and used as an IP printer.  I'm really
using mine plugged into a Linksys running DD-WRT in reverse bridge mode.
