[ale] How long until moving to Ubuntu LTS?

Literally the only reason I'm moving a single prod VM to 18.04 is 
because Digital Ocean just released new server types that are 2x RAM for 
the same cost, so if I'm gonna build a new server, might as well build 
with the new LTS. :P
